| What is counted? | Production Turnaround includes printing, cutting, and binding. Does not include design, mailing, or shipping transit times. Weekends and holidays observed are not counted towards turnaround. |
| If Proof Requested | Production turnaround starts when customer approves final proofs. Customer is responsible for checking email for proof-ready notification. |
| If Proof Waived | Production turnaround starts when submitted files are verified to be print-ready. We are not responsible for delays caused by files that contain errors. |
